I cannot think of any comment other than: How cute. And all with a burst of golden sunlight in the background, and there really hasn’t been a great deal of that in December (though in this country, there never is).
As seen living on a dead tree in the woods over the road. For some reason I find these very sensual-looking. It’s the whole smooth, marbly skin thing, and their curviness. Perhaps I have unfulfilled needs (which may just involve having mushrooms to eat, of course).
Another one of those exciting Mondays working at home, where I need to crank up the creativity not only to take the photo but also to think of a pithy commentary. Which, today, I can’t. Happy Mondays.
